Creamy Pandan Sago Jelly is a delicious, simple and very easy to prepare dessert for the holidays or any special occasions. The kids will definitely love it (kids-at-heart too).
Ingredients:
- 1 pack (25g) green unflavored jelly powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp buko pandan flavoring
Creamy Jelly Mixture
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 pack (250ml) all-purpose cream
- 1 pack (25g) white unflavored jelly powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup small sago

Procedure:
- In a pot, combine the green jelly powder, sugar, water and buko pandan flavoring.
- Stir until jelly powder and sugar are dissolved.
- Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly.
- Bring to a gentle simmer. Turn off heat.
- Pour in a clean container. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cut the jelly into cubes.
- In a pot, boil 5 cups of water.
- Add the small sago (tapioca pearls).
- Stir constantly to prevent sago from sticking together.
- Cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Turn off heat.
- Rinse with water. Drain and set aside.
Creamy Jelly Mixture
- In a pot, combine water, condensed milk, all-purpose cream, white jelly powder and sugar. Stir constantly.
- Bring to a gentle simmer. Turn off heat.
Assembly
- In a bundt pan, put some of the cubed jelly.
- Add some cooked tapioca pearls.
- Pour some of the creamy jelly mixture.
- Add some of the cubed jelly, tapioca pearls and creamy jelly mixture.
- Add the remaining jelly, tapioca pearls and creamy jelly mixture.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Share and enjoy!
