Ingredients:
- 2 cans or 2 packs all-purpose cream, chilled overnight
- 1 can condensed milk, chilled overnight
- 2 packs graham crackers
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 can fruit cocktail, drained well
- 1/2 cup cherries, halved (optional)

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose cream and condensed milk
- Beat mixture until it begins to thicken
- Add heavy cream
- Continue beating until the volume of the mixture doubles
- In an 8 x 8 baking dish, arrange one layer of graham crackers
- Scoop cream mixture on graham crackers and spread to cover the graham
- Arrange fruit cocktail on top of the cream mixture
- Add and arrange another layer of graham crackers over the fruit
- Again, scoop cream mixture on graham crackers and spread to cover the graham
- Add another layer of fruits on top of the cream mixture
- Then, add cherries (optional)
- Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight
- Served chilled
