In a bowl, combine ¼ cup warm water, 1 ½ tsp instant dry yeast and 1 tsp sugar. Stir well. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or until mixture becomes bubbly.
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup lukewarm milk, ¼ cup melted butter, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp salt. Mix together until combined.
Gradually add 2 cups of all-purpose flour. Mix until combine.
Add the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Then, add the remaining 2 cups of flour. Mix until it forms into a dough.
Dust a clean work surface with flour. Place the dough onto the floured surface and sprinkle with flour.
Knead dough until it becomes smooth. Add flour at a time until dough is no longer sticking to fingertips.
Put some oil in a bowl, then place the dough into it.
Cover with cloth and allow to rise for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
Dust the clean work surface with flour. Place the dough and sprinkle with flour.
Cut into pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
Roll each piece on fine breadcrumbs to coat.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F / 175 C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
