Ingredients:
- 600g elbow macaroni
- 600g ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 6 pieces hotdogs, sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 pack spaghetti sauce (900g)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 beef broth cube
- 1 cup grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
Cheese Sauce Topping
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup quickmelt cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose cream
- 2 cups fresh milk
- salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, add ground beef and 2 cups water. Boil the meat for about 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter.
- Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper. Add hotdogs and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Once cooked, add the boiled meat.
- Add beef broth cube. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the spaghetti sauce and 3/4 cup water. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Add grated cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish. Set aside while making cheese sauce.
Cheese Sauce Topping
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add all-purpose flour. Whisk flour to combine.
- Add milk, all-purpose cream and quickmelt cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix continuously until the cheese is melted.
- Pour the cheese sauce on top of macaroni.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for 30 minutes.
