Ingredients:
- 1 pack graham crackers
- 3 tbsp ube powder
- 1 ½ cups whipping cream or all-purpose cream, chilled
- 1 cup condensed milk, chilled
Toppings
- grated cheese
- crushed oreo (optional)
- shaved white chocolate (optional)
Yield: 3

Procedure:
- In a large bowl, add whipping cream. Beat the cream until it begins to thicken.
- Continue beating until the volume of the cream doubles.
- Add the condensed milk.
- Add the ube powder. Beat mixture until well blended.
Assemble
- In a plastic container tub, arrange a layer of graham crackers.
- Scoop the cream mixture onto the graham crackers. Spread to cover the graham.
- Add another layer of graham crackers over the cream mixture.
- Scoop the cream mixture onto the graham crackers.
- Again, spread to cover the graham.
- Again, add another layer of graham crackers over the cream mixture.
- Lastly, scoop the cream mixture over the graham crackers. Spread to cover the graham.
- Then, refrigerate for 3 hours.
- After chilling, add grated cheese for toppings or your choice of toppings like crushed oreo, shaved chocolate, etc.
